Welcome to Cyrcles. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cyrcles mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using Cyrcles, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Cyrcles

Cyrcles is a social application that helps people share activities, discover what friends are up for, and spend more time together.

Cyrcles is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Cyrcles.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

providing accurate information
keeping your login credentials secure
all activity that occurs under your account

You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on Cyrcles, including:

activities
profile information
photos
descriptions

By posting content, you grant Cyrcles a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

5. Sharing Activities

You control who can see your activities.

When you share an activity with a circle or connection, those users may view the information you choose to share.

You are responsible for the information you choose to post.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

harass or threaten others
post illegal or harmful content
impersonate another person
send spam or unwanted invitations
interfere with the operation or security of the Service
attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Connections and Invitations

Connections on Cyrcles are intended for genuine social relationships.

Users may decline invitations, ignore requests, or remove connections at any time.

Please respect other users' decisions and privacy.

Cyrcles may send transactional SMS invites when an account holder explicitly chooses to invite friends who are not yet on Cyrcles by tapping "Send to N people" on the invite friends screen. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Account holders can disable text invites in Settings. 8. Beta Service

Because Cyrcles is currently in beta:

features may not always work as expected
the Service may change without notice
data may occasionally be lost
availability is not guaranteed

We appreciate your feedback as we continue improving the product.

9. Privacy

Your use of Cyrcles is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Intellectual Property

The Cyrcles app, branding, logos, software, and design are owned by Cyrcles and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

11. Account Termination

You may stop using Cyrcles and delete your account at any time. To request deletion, visit our Delete Account page.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risks for other users or the Service.

12. Disclaimer

Cyrcles is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:

uninterrupted availability
accuracy of content
compatibility with every device
availability of particular features

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrcles and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we'll notify users through the app or by other appropriate means.

Continued use of Cyrcles after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
